Our executive search process begins by defining requirements and tying the scope of the position to specific organizational goals and relevant metrics (KPI’s). Understanding fit and culture are also critical to success. Once the strategy is formalized we map talent within the range of the search and differentiate the opportunity to professionals at competitor organizations.

Our process then vets talent by benchmarking client requirements against the candidates’ core competencies and demonstrated success with similar challenges. This develops into a short list of top executives who understand which levers to pull to drive results. Finalists are selected for onsite interviews and ultimately the search wraps up with negotiations (as needed) and verification followed by notification to the field.
